About
At Thriveletics, we know that modern families are busier than ever. Between school, work, sports, and other obligations, finding time for health and fitness can feel overwhelming — especially for parents and children trying to balance it all. That’s where we come in.
Thriveletics was created to meet families where they are — physically and mentally. We bring high-quality, results-driven training and wellness services directly to your community, school, or team. Whether it's youth athletic development, group fitness for parents, or CPR/AED certification, our programs are designed with convenience, flexibility, and impact in mind. No long commutes. No missed opportunities. Just real, sustainable progress — for every member of the family.
We are more than a fitness company — we are a movement committed to helping families thrive together.

Youth Athletic Development
Our signature youth training program focuses on building foundational athletic skills for children ages 2–12.
Using proven, age-appropriate methods, we help kids develop balance, coordination, agility, and strength through fun, engaging workouts.
Whether your child is a budding athlete or just getting started with fitness, Thriveletics fosters confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.

American Red Cross Certification Classes
Safety is a core value of Thriveletics. As an official provider for the American Red Cross, we offer CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications for adults and teens.
Whether you’re a coach, parent, teacher, or community leader, our hands-on courses prepare you to act with confidence in any emergency situation — at home, on the field, or in the classroom.
We will come to you if you have a group of 5-8 participants or you can check out our IG & Facebook for up to date schedules and locations.
Parent Fitness Program
While your kids train, so can you. Thriveletics offers pop-up fitness classes for adults.
Our sessions are designed to fit around your busy schedule and take place wherever it's most convenient — at the field, school, or your local park. We make it easier than ever for parents to stay active and set a powerful example of healthy living.
Starting Summer of 2025 Parent Pop-ups will take place at the PAL Fields in Holbrook, N.Y.
If you have a group of 5 or more that would like to schedule pop-up classes email info@thriveletics.net to get it started!
